TPHOLs 2002

Reasons why we are happy to host TPHOLs 2003

  • RISC has a long tradition in doing research in the area of symbolic computation (e.g. the theory of Gröbner bases is a brain child of RISC which you might know),
  • theorem proving in higher order logic is essential to our recent Theorema research project,
  • RISC has always contributed also to the international research management in symbolic computation (e.g. by launching the Journal of Symbolic Computation ),
  • RISC has a long tradition in hosting international conferences in all areas of symbolic computation (e.g. MKM 2001 , SNSC 2001 , SNSC 99 , IMS 99 , 33 years of Gröbner Bases Conference , PASCO 98, CP 97 , FTP 97 ) so that experienced staff is available for the organization,
