How to Register

Please register from the web registration form.

Early Registration Deadline: October 1st, 2002.
Hotel Reservation Deadline: October 1st, 2002.
Late Registration Deadline: October 18th, 2002.
At this moment we cannot guarantee rooms in one of our conference hotels.
If you need a hotel room, please contact us as early as possible.

Fees

We encourage you to register for the whole three days and the banquet since various events honoring Bruno Buchberger will be held throughout the three days. The registration fee includes:
  • proceedings (for the three days registration only),
  • refreshments, lunches, and shuttle bus.

Participation during Oct. 20-22:
early registration: 180 Euro, late registration: 230 Euro

Participation on Oct. 22 only:
early Registration: 40 Euro, late registration: 50 Euro

Banquet on Oct. 22: 45 Euro

Payment

Registration fee consists of participation and banquet. The fees should NOT include hotel. Please pay the hotel cost directly to the hotel.
You can know the fee which you have to pay here. We provide three possible ways:
  • Paying at the reception desk:
    You can pay by cash or credit cards (American Express, Master Card, VISA Card only).
  • Bank Transfer:
    Bank fees must be paid by the participant.

  • Credit Card:

Hotel Reservation

Hotel reservation is firm only after the payment is received.
We provide the posibilities of three-star hotel and four-star hotel.

  • 4-star hotel (Spitz Hotel):
    single room: 67 Euro, including breakfast,
    double room: 88 Euro, including breakfast.
  • 3-star hotel (Sommerhaus Raabheim in Linz) :
    single room 30 Euro, including breakfast,
    double room 60 Euro, including breakfast.
Payment should be made directly to the hotel, when checking out. A deposit is not required.
If you need to change your travel plans after the reservation is already made, please contact us immediately.
In case of non-appearance, you can be charged for the costs involved.
